Orders
Your order is obligatory once placed.
Your order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to your address.
Payment & shipping
The orders are shipped via priority mail package to the most countries around the world (if you cannot find your country in a list, send us an e-mail, we will add it immediately) .
You can choose one of several payment methods. At present we accept payments via credit card, wire transfer (bank money order) and we are also working on accepting PayPal payments (coming soon).
Postage and package expenses are added to the total price. Current price of priority mail package is around EUR 9.50 / USD 14.00 to most of destinations. You can check the exact updated price of postage and package expenses before final confirmation of your order. All payment details are stated in an order confirmation email.
Sales return
In case you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you are free to use our 14 day return policy when you can return ordered products without giving reason.
In this case please send us the chosen product back and add a short notice in which you ask for the purchase price without giving reason.
If possible, the product must be packed in an undamaged package and sent to our address. Please attach the tax certificate and bill. After receiving the undamaged product, our company will send you the purchase price you had previously paid.
In case of any damage of the return product, please be aware that the provider may send the product back to your address and ask for postage expenses.
Personal information protection
Names and
descriptions given in the order will be used only for communication
between the
provider and the customer. The provider undertakes not to use this
information
unless the customer allows it. The provider also undertakes not to
provide
personal information to a third party and ensures no misuse of it. At
the
customer’s request all personal information can be taken out of the
provider’s
electronic database.
E-shop terms of service
All the orders being made throughout or e-shop are abided by the Motordiag e-shop terms of service.
In case of any disagreement between any texts on our site and these terms, Motordiag e-shop terms of service are considered the valid terms.
Warranty conditions
Warranty period
If it is not stated otherwise, all products have a 24 month warranty.
Warranty
The warranty is relevant to any defects caused by the use of improper material or defects that occur during manufacturing.
The warranty is not relevant to misuse from the owner.
The warranty is not relevant to usual wear appropriate to the period of the product being used.
ADART COMPUTERS S.R.O company pledge to either repair or change those products, fulfilling conditions for the warranty stated above.
Therefore the warranty is extended by the time this product is in repair and the owner was not able to fully use it.
How to make a claim

Our employees will immediately examine situation of the damage and inform you about further procedure.
The product is then sent back to the
customer.
In the case of a legitimate complaint, ADART COMPUTERS s.r.o. covers
postage
expenses back to the customer; otherwise these expenses will be covered
by the
customer.
Shipping to the provider is always covered by the customer.
Claim duration
A claim statement from the ADART
COMPUTERS s.r.o. will be
sent back to the customer as soon as possible.
The usual duration is up to 3 days. According to the law, however, the
claim duration
is up to one month from the reception of the product.
If the provider is not able to repair or change the product during this
period,
the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request
the
purchase price.
